Fermented Fireweed Tea

A delicious, carefully hand crafted, caffeine free tea. Young fire weed leaves are harvested, the leaves are rolled until they become dark and sticky, releasing their juices. The leaves are then fermented letting them oxidized for 2 to 3 days. After this they are dried and cures at a low temperature.

Rich in vitamin C, supports digestive health, anti inflammatory, rich in antioxidants and minerals.

A rich, dark, fruity tea similar to black tea.
