Bear Grease – Infection/Goldenseal

Goldenseal powder has been in our families ‘medicine chest’ for years. As workers/crafters/drum makers when we cut ourselves, we reach for the goldenseal…..24 hours later all is good. Goldenseal is a natural antibiotic and will heal an infection like nothing else I have used. This mixture is designed to be used for any cut or scrape. Put a small amount on the wound and then cover with a bandage. I find you can leave the bandage on for a couple days and the cut is gone!!!

Ingredients include: Pure Bear Grease, Shea butter, Beeswax, Almond Oil, Labrador Tea, Goldenseal Root & Goldenseal Herb Powder.

Bear Grease – Face Cream

I am sure that some of you are going to squirm at the thought of putting bear grease on your face….but seriously this is the BEST cream ever. Joywind is an avid fan of high quality facial cream and developed this recipe to rival the most fancy/expensive organic face cream on the market.

Ingredients include: Pure bear grease, shea butter, beeswax, vitamin E, essential oils: Helichrysum, Geranium, Evening Primrose, Lavander, Copaiba and Bergamot.

Bear Grease – Joints and Muscles

Ingredients include: Pure bear grease, Jojoba Oil, Shea Butter, Black Pepper, Peppermint, Wintergreen, Eucalyptus, Clove and Beeswax.

Bear Grease – Skin Cream

Ingredients include: Pure bear grease, Shea Butter, Evening of Primrose Oil, Rosehips, Calendula

All ingredients are organic. Jars are 30 ml (1 fl-oz).

  I buy all the hide and fur I use for making moccasins from Tribal Spirit.  The quality is  amazing, and the variety is much appreciated.  I also really love the traditional medicines they have available.   I only order my mitt and mocc leather from tribal Spirit. The owners are phenomenal and very invested and proud.
