We have been making Hand Drums for 30 years. Our hand drums very closely resemble a drum that might have existed 500 years ago. Back then, someone would have cut down a tree shape it into a flat piece of wood and then bend it into a shape that was approximately round.
That is what we do…we cut our own wood (white ash) and on our hands and knees we bend our hoops to be as round as possible. Drums that are 100% round are factory made hoops. At any gathering on Turtle Island you can look around and see our drums. They stand out, they are organic…hand made. We like them ‘old school’ and hope that you do too. 100% Canadian
