We have some coloured 3.5 Ounce ‘Moose Tanned Cow in stock and we would like to move it (to your house lol). We made this last year when we had a shortage of Moose hides to do all the colours we like to offer. At this point we have fixed that problem and we will have all our famous colours of Moose available. BUT we still have some ‘Moose Tanned’ Cow that we are slashing the price to clear our shelves. We are hoping that $6 per sq ft ‘forces you’ to fill up your shopping cart. hehe. This is extremely nice leather. #1 grade, incredibly soft with even vibrant colour. Enjoy….this won’t last long. Quarters will be 10 sq ft, Halves will be 20 sq. If you have specific colour requests for the mixed bundles please tell us. (like, if you want all of one colour or a mixture of just a couple colours)
This leather is kinda a deep fake on moose leather. It look and feel exactly like Moose…but they are HUGE. ‘Moose Tanned’ Cow is very popular for production work or crafting when you really need lots of leather but you don’t want to deal with waste. Working with wild hides always is a challenge when doing you have to make a TON of something. For example if a school that needs to make 200 medicine pouches, working with ‘moose tanned’ cow is MUCH more efficient that with wild deer hides.
