Now For something Special Leather Edition

This week we release our carefully gathered Scarred Moose Edition.  Moose are very very strong animals.  When they see a fence they just walk through it and this leads to them getting cut.  The cuts heal and become scars.  When we are going through bundles of moose leather we put aside the really dramatic pieces with scarring….and every once in a while offer them to you.  They are dramatic and very inspiring to work with.  These are obviously one of a kind.

Every once in a blue moon we get a special hide that doesn’t belong in any of our product categories… A half hide or full hide of a colour that is not usually available in that format. Or maybe a hide that has beautiful lifelong scars that we are obsessed with. Then we have to honour it  by adding to this selection. When we see them, we can imagine the projects you’ll be doing!

How we find those unique beauties… well… I don’t know… but when it happens we put them in their special shelf spot (magic sprinkle) hehe

If you come back on this product page another time it’s  very possible that there will be BIG deer hides … we mean 14 square feet or more (we cannot predict the colour… as it is a surprise for us as well)
