But seriously ever traditional medicine chest should have some Bear Root in it, and cold season is coming. You can either bit off a bit of the root and such on it. It tastes sort of like a celery. Or it can also be steeped in hot water and drank as a tea. Our Osha is harvested in the Rocky Mountains.
