Medium Tan Moose is back for a limited time ! it is going to make some incredible moccasins and mitts!! The skin/smooth side is so beautiful, the grain has just a touch of texture that accents slightly darker cream. So the pattern/grain of moose hides is expressed in colour.
The suede side is 100% even and so very ‘tradish’ in colour shade. Extremely soft and supple but will make a pair of moccs that will last for years. We gather our hides from local hunters who are feeding their families but don’t need the hides.
It has quickly become one of our most popular colours. As with all moose leather on the smooth side please expect healed scars. (if you need absolutely perfect leather…please buy our cow leather) Wild animal leather is rarely perfect.
